Who We Are The North Carolina World Trade Association is a non-profit organization consisting of executives involved in import/export, freight logistics, brokerage, international finance, banking, law, and related services. The Triad Chapter covers an area of several counties, bounded to the south by the Charlotte Chapter, to the north by the Virginia state line, to the west by the Western Chapter, and to the east by the Triangle Chapter. This area is roughly the same as the (336) area code. Meet the current Triad Chapter Board of Directors. What We Do The NCWTA Triad Chapter's mission is to help our members expand their international trade opportunities. We provide networking opportunities for our members, and present programs that are educational and newsworthy. The Chapter holds monthly lunch meetings, normally on the third Tuesday of each month. Periodically, we present half-day seminars on topics of current interest such as customs compliance. The Board of Directors meets once every month. These meetings are open to all interested. We welcome your suggestions concerning program ideas or other issues concerning international trade in the Piedmont Triad. For more information on the Piedmont Triad Chapter, please contact: Janice Clemons, President Elect & VP for Programs Piedmont Triad Chapter, Administrator We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your support of our Triad Chapter. |
