WHO WE ARE
The North Carolina World Trade Association is a non-profit organization consisting of executives involved in import/export, freight logistics, brokerage, international finance, banking, law, and related services.
The Triad Chapter is one of the five chapters statewide; the other four include the Carolina West, Charlotte, Cape Fear and Triangle Chapters.
The Triad Chapter covers an area of several counties, bounded to the south by the Charlotte Chapter, to the north by Virginia state line, to the west by the Western Chapter, and to the east by the Triangle Chapter. This area is roughly the same as the (336) area code.
Our biggest asset is our membership: combined we offer the knowledge, service, and experience anybody needs to fully participate in global trade. Many of us were new to international business when we joined NCWTA, so we understand the issues and welcome the opportunity to help new members get started. Your NCWTA membership and participation are significant investments toward your future in international trade. Please contact any of the Triad Chapter board officers if you have questions or you wish to join.
